An absolutely fantastic weekend in Monaco. From the first enquiry about Monaco to the last transfer from the hotel to airport, Rob has been so helpful. Everything ran like clockwork for the whole weekend, especially the transfers to and from the hotel and track. If you are looking for an F1 experience, you must try Altitude Luxury Travel. We felt very smug, when traveling home, listening to others in the airport complain about their experience of one of the large tour operators, knowing that our weekend had been just perfect!

I have to say that I've had nothing short of an amazing experience with Altitude Luxury Travel after coming back from the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Rob did a fantastic job of organising this for me and was always happy to answer my questions. His drivers who took care of my transfers were extremely friendly and easygoing.

Just a short note that I felt compelled to write after returning home from the recent trip that you arranged for my wife and I to the Monaco 2014 Grand Prix.
It’s fair to say, that after having ‘stumbled’ across your website via a Google search for F1 trip providers, I was nervous about booking through an unknown entity to me. Gosh, how you have allayed my fears!
From the moment I completed your ‘contact me’ form to your unprompted follow-up call after I returned home to check all had gone well, your attention to detail and service level has been absolutely first class.
You organised return flights, airport transfers, hotel accommodation, train transfers from Nice to Monaco and perhaps the most important bit of all, grandstand tickets for Saturday and Sunday. Everything arrived in good time, via recorded mail on the day you said it would.
The hotel was great with very friendly and attentive staff. The grandstand seating (I had asked for K high and T high) was superb on both days. K5 High for Saturday practice and qualifying was a real treat – we really felt ‘in the thick of it’ with a superb view of the harbour and track from the exit of the tunnel down to the swimming pool complex. T2 high for the race day was quite simply perfect as we could see directly into the Red Bull, Mercedes and Ferrari pits!
Rob, I thank you sincerely; this was something of a ‘one-off’ for my wife and I, never having experienced F1 or Monaco. We spent on a long weekend what we might have normally paid for a 7 or 10 night trip away. But what we received was simply a first class service from yourself that delivered EVERYTHING that you said it would and more!
As a business leader myself, I understand the importance of great customer service, delivering on promises and exceeding expectations – you achieved all three elements with the added benefit of great value. I had searched many providers and contacted you due to a) a good looking but straightforward website and b) prices that seemed to offer value. As such, you have created an advocate for your company.
So much so, my wife is already talking about Abu Dhabi or Singapore!

The trip to the Singapore Grand Prix was wonderful – the race, hotel, travel and people were all lovely and all four of us really enjoyed ourselves. Our seats at the race were great so this was one of the highlights for us. Every part of the experience ran like clockwork and the service we received from Rob and the team was top notch. There is nothing more that could have been done for us as the trip ran so perfectly.

We couldn’t find any fault with the Grand Prix trip, it was excellent. The whole atmosphere of the Grand Prix was great and the best one we’ve been too. The service from Rob was excellent, the flights he suggested were at convenient times, the hotels were in great locations and the transfers hassle-free. We had a great view of the track from our rooms, this may have been chance but we suspect Rob had something to do with it. A superb trip with all the details taken care of by Altitude in a friendly and competent manner. Couldn’t have had a better trip, nor could it have been better organised.

I couldn’t fault our trip to the Singapore Grand Prix organised by Rob. We managed to fit so much into a small amount of time and the experience was fantastic. Our trip to the Italian Grand Prix was extremely well organised by Altitude Luxury Travel, we had no problems throughout and it all ran very smoothly. The hotel choice was inspired as it was directly next door to the metro station making it so easy to travel and see the area. At first we were mildly apprehensive to go with a company we hadn’t heard of before but after seeing the other testimonials and research that we undertook, we knew that this was a perfect choice for us and we certainly were not disappointed.

We organised this trip as a surprise for my husband’s 50th birthday and had a really great time. The hotel was lovely with very helpful staff and a nice suite. We went for the hospitality package which at first I was unsure about but I am so glad we did. The location was perfect, right next to the pits, with a great view of the drivers coming out - my husband was really pleased with this. The team at Altitude were really helpful throughout, we booked with them as it saved organising it ourselves and we felt everything was taken care of.

Our Grand Prix experience as organised by Altitude Luxury Travel was excellent – everything was well thought out and the customer service was very very good. I have been on five previous Grand Prix trips, some I have organised myself and other package deals, but this was the by far the most hassle free experience I have ever had. We chose to book our Grand Prix experience with Rob as it offered us more flexibility with transfers and more time to explore Milan while we were there. The drivers that were arranged by Altitude Travel were great and offered their services in the evening as well as taking us to and from the race. Rob was able to offer us extra advice regarding restaurants and reservations and this helped to make the trip run smoothly. It was really nice how, prior to booking, the Altitude Travel team were really on hand to offer advice and make sure we understood the whole process.

The Italian Grand Prix was excellent and we liked the hassle free organisation of the trip. We had great seats at the track and the transfers to and from were a great feature. Although the package itself was a little more expensive it was certainly fair value and was well worth the money to have the trouble free time that we did.

Nice and Monaco were great. The transport to and from Nice airport was fantastic, especially the driver who collected us from Nice airport who couldn't have been more helpful about what there was to do. The extra legroom and express tickets at the airport were a godsend and the VIP lounge at Bristol airport was a good idea as we arrived so early it was nice to be able to have some breakfast before flying without having to queue for ages. The trains to Monaco ran on time, although very crowded but no more than you would expect. Your recommendation of where to sit was great as Ken is really into boats and we were able to wander round and look at all the super yachts and have a little dream of what could be.
Your company could not have done more and when I was looking to do this trip it was between yourself and Thomas Cook; I am so glad I chose your company I would have no hesitation in recommending your company and perhaps, who knows, perhaps using you again if we decided to ever go and see another Grand Prix.
