Need to make sense of your Singapore Grand Prix™ ticket options?
We like to give F1™ fans their pick of the best seats at every Grand Prix™, including Singapore. The choice can be overwhelming though, so let’s run through your best options.
The Grandstands on Turns 1 and 2 come at a premium. But it’s also the best view – you’re right in the braking zone at the end of the start and finish straights. So if you want to see the most action, including overtaking and any incidents, this is the place to be.
Next is Turn 3 premium seating. It’s another great view of the action, this time including access to its own vending stalls and facilities. It’s very convenient, even just because you won’t have to walk far or queue up for a drink or snacks.
Another good option is the Main Grandstand, but remember you won’t see much overtaking. The Main Grandstand looks out over the long straight and the starting grid, so it’s best for seeing cars whizzing by at their top speed of over 200mph. You’ll also get a good view of the garages and pit stops, and of the cars being prepped before the race.
In the lower and mid-range price tiers are the Padang, Stamford and Esplanade Waterfront Grandstands. All offer good views, and both Stamford and the Esplanade position you on corners for more excitement.
