Where can I go?
Most round the world tickets allow you to use a combination of airlines which means almost anything is possible. Tickets are general based on the millage you travel but we can help you plan the most time effective and cost effective itinerary.
Can I change my plans?
All itineraries allow an element of flexibility. Please let us know if you think you may need to change your travel plans so that we can advise you on the most suitable options.
What is included?
Your round the world itinerary will include flights, hotels, transfer and tours as specified. Some meals at hotels and on tours may be included and we will advise you of these in your round the world holiday proposal.
Can I travel in business and first class?
Yes, all our round the world itineraries allow you to travel in economy, business or first class. Some airlines also have an enhanced economy class which is also possible.
Which airlines will I be flying with?
We will tell you which airlines you will be travelling with in your personal round the world trip proposal.
Which hotels will I stay in?
We only use the highest quality hotels and will tell you where you are staying in your personal round the world trip proposal. If you have a particular hotel that you would like to stay in we are happy to accommodate your request.
Do you organise everything?
We can organise as much or as little as you would like. For shorter journeys (usually unto 4 months) we would usually organise your whole itinerary including time for you to relax and explore destinations in your own time. For longer journeys most people want to play it by ear so we can organise only the elements that you know in advance of travel.

Is it safe?
We only us quality airlines, aircraft, hotels and tour operators with excellent safety records and a reputation for great service.
What if something goes wrong?
We promise to be with you at every step of the journey and deliver excellent customer service even in the unlikely event that someone goes wrong. We also provide all our round the world clients with a worldwide assistance service which includes multilingual telephone support and baggage tracking as standard. Your travel documents will also contain the local contact details for hotels and tour operators.
Is my money safe?
